Researcher/Cold Caller

We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team as Researcher/Cold Callers. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and qualifying potential leads for our sales team.

• Responsibilities:
  • Conducting thorough research on potential clients and industries.
  • Making outbound calls to prospective clients to schedule appointments for our sales team.
  • Qualifying leads based on specific criteria and gathering relevant information.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all calls and interactions in our CRM system.
  • Developing and implementing effective cold calling strategies.
  • Meeting daily and weekly call volume and appointment setting targets.
• Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong phone presence and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic, with a focus on achieving results.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus.
